By downloading, installing, or using the Did you eat? app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Did you eat? is a meal tracking application that allows users to log their daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and visualize their eating habits over time. The app is designed for personal use and general wellness tracking.

The app does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. If you use the Pro features with iCloud sync, your data is managed through your Apple ID.
Did you eat? Pro is available as a one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The app, including its design, graphics, and content, is owned by Kanto Projects and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanto Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kanto Projects operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
